1. Payments
For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis. The balance can be paid either before your departure from your country or upon arrival in INDIA, but definitely before the commencement of the services. The management reserves the right to decide the amount to be paid as advance based on the service nature and lead time. In peak seasons (like Christmas & New Year), full payment in advance is mandatory.
2. Mode of Payment
Overseas advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank.
3. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation charges are effective from the date we receive notice:
• 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour/service cost
• 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour/service cost
• 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour/service cost
• 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
Note: Written cancellations are accepted on working days only. Any cancellation sent on Sunday will be considered on Monday. For trips during Dec 20 – Jan 5, payment is non-refundable. No refunds for unused accommodations, transport or meals after tour start.
4. Wildlife Safaris cancellation
All wildlife safaris booked at Indian Wildlife National Parks/Sanctuaries are non-refundable. Even date change requests will be treated as cancellation.
5. Our Liabilities & Limitations
If there are any government-mandated hikes in entrance fees, fuel, taxes, or guide charges post-finalization, the extra cost will be borne by the client.
WEGO FLIGHTS acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, transporters, and contractors. All receipts, tickets, and orders are subject to their terms. Itineraries are samples, and changes may occur due to weather, health, road conditions, etc.
Hotels and airlines may change rates without prior notice. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or expenses due to weather, equipment failure, strikes, landslides, political disruptions, or other uncontrollable events.
We are not responsible for loss, injury, or damage due to fire, theft, accident, epidemic, war, customs delays, or acts of God.
No insurance is provided by us. Visitors should arrange for their own insurance. All baggage and personal items are at the client’s risk at all times.
Please Note: We will not be responsible for any costs arising from unforeseen situations like landslides, roadblocks, or severe weather.
