Refund Policy
1. Air Tickets
Refunds will be processed as per the airline fare rules and cancellation policy. Such refunds shall be subject to WEGO FLIGHTS receiving the same from the airlines. The convenience fee paid to WEGO FLIGHTS at the time of booking is non-refundable. All cancellations made directly with the airline need to be intimated to WEGO FLIGHTS, in order to initiate the process of refund. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the mode of payment, bank etc. The refund shall be processed after deducting the WEGO FLIGHTS service fee which is independent of the convenience fee. The refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. In the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets, deductions will be made as per airline policy and balance refund will be paid.

2. Kindly Check the Fare Rule Before Purchase
Domestic and International Tour Package: All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Service bookings should be addressed to M/s. WEGO FLIGHTS.
3. Payments
For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid either before your departure or upon arrival in India but definitely before the commencement of the services. Management holds the right to decide upon the advance amount. In some cases like special train journeys or peak season bookings (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required in advance.
4. Mode of Payment
Overseas advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank.
5. Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation due to any reason, notification must be provided in writing. Charges:
• 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour/service cost
• 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour/service cost
• 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour/service cost
• 48 hours or No Show: No Refund
Written cancellations accepted only on working days. X-mas and New Year bookings (20 Dec to 05 Jan) are non-refundable.
6. Wildlife Safaris Cancellation
Wildlife safaris booked in any Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuary are non-refundable. Date change is also considered cancellation.
7. Our Liabilities & Limitations
Post finalization of the Tour/service cost, any hike in entrance fees, taxes, fuel cost, etc. by the Government of India will be charged as extra. WEGO FLIGHTS acts only as an agent and is not liable for service disruptions. Itineraries may change due to factors like weather or participant capability. We are not liable for delays or losses due to unforeseen circumstances like landslides, political closures, etc.
We do not provide insurance for accident, theft, or sickness. All belongings are the client's responsibility.
